Booking Terms & Disclaimer Time Zone Thelma is based in Perth, Western Australia (AWST). Your appointment should display in your local time zone when booking; however, please double-check your appointment date and time prior to your session to avoid any confusion. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and I completely understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and may not be eligible to be rescheduled. By booking and paying for your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Disclaimer All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a reading. Your reading and any personal information shared during your session will be treated as private and confidential. You are welcome to take notes or record your session for your own personal use. As information is channelled during each reading, Thelma may not remember specific details afterwards. Readings are intended to provide spiritual and intuitive guidance and should not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or business advice. Please seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional where required. Any information received during a reading is open to your own interpretation and personal discretion. Any decisions or actions you take following a reading remain your responsibility. Mediumship and intuitive readings cannot guarantee particular outcomes. Future-based information reflects what is presented at the time of your reading and cannot be guaranteed. While Thelma will always do her best to facilitate the connection requested, a connection with a specific loved one in Spirit cannot be guaranteed. Thelma reserves the right to refuse service or end a reading where appropriate. If Thelma needs to cancel a session herself, an appropriate rescheduling or refund option will be provided. Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms above, completed readings and services already provided are non-refundable.
